Found PineView Appliance Repair through a quick online search looking for electrolux service centers. Needed my Electrolux fridge fixed and, luckily, I stumbled upon them while checking reviews. All about location convenience, so having them in Mountain Center, CA was handy.
The tech arrived spot on time, which was a surprise. We've all experienced the dreaded wait, but not this time. He took a good look at the issue, quickly identified a faulty part. He explained things without drifting into jargon. Felt real, ya know? Like he cared about getting it right more than just moving on to the next job.
Pricing seemed fair, quite transparent. None of that surprise fee stuff at the end, thankfully. Was done in less than two hours, cleared out all traces of being there too. Fridge back on track, cooled perfectly. Checked out fine on energy usage.
